The City of Allentown to unveil new 'Imagination Playground in a Box'

Movies in the Park on Friday, May 21st.

Enjoy a night out while watching a movie on the City's outdoor movie screen.  Please join us at St. Paul's Church (8th and Walnut), on May 21st for our first movie of the season, Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs!  The movie will begin at dusk.

Please remember to bring a lawn chair or blanket. In case of inclement weather please call 484-860-9503 for cancellation information.

Summer Volleyball Registration Deadline Approaching!

The registration deadline for the City of Allentown's Adult Summer Volleyball League is rapidly approaching. Interested teams must have their registration fees and forms turned in by May 21, 2010. Rosters must also accompany the regisration.

Form/fees can be dropped off or mailed to 3000 Parkway Blvd Allentown PA 18104.

Games will be played at Patriots Park and Cedar Creek Parkway. The Recreation Bureau is also considering expanding the summer volleyball program by offering sand volleyball at Cedar Creek Parkway.
